  Having a salesperson come to my house so I could look at specific samples that would look nice in my rooms was very helpful for me. Robyn was great...very friendly, professional, and able to explain my options. The one thing I didn't really like was that they weren't able to tell me a specific break down of the pricing so I could comparison shop. Robyn explained that the price given is a bundle of all the services included. I ended up spending a lot more than I anticipated, telling myself you "get what you pay for". And the carpet itself is beautiful and everyone was very friendly, however I noticed afterward that there are a few marks and scratches on my furniture that were definitely not there before the installation. For what I paid, I expected impeccable service. Overall, I'm happy with my experience and my new carpet.

  We recently bought our first home and knew right away that the master bedroom carpet would need replaced. My mother-in-law was quick to recommend Molyneaux as she had great experiences with them in the past - ours was no different! I requested an in-home consultation online and then received a call from Megan very soon after to get us all set-up. She was so friendly and we really appreciated all of her guidance in explaining our different options. She always maintained great communication with us and we couldn't be happier with the final result! The installers were super quick; we really appreciated how courteous they were of our freshly painted walls too. We definitely plan on working with Molyneaux again for our next project!!
